4k movies under 10gb. Best settings for 4k feature films at ~10gb file size? I just started getting back into video encoding. Explore 4K movies on Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+ and Disney+. I then used DVDFab on the same disc and ended up with a file around 16GB (the original movie only m2ts was around 30GB). Both look identical to me and am happy with the smaller file on my 50" 1080p TV. Whats up with that? is the smaller one just a 1080p video and the uploader just claims its 4k, or is it some intense compression thing? should i go for the bigger or smaller options?
